Our stay with Gregg and Annie was incredible. We were a group of 7 friends (3 couples and our close friend) attending a wedding. This property had everything to keep us entertained. We swam in the pool, enjoyed the hot tub, lounged in the backyard with plenty of seating for everyone, sat around the fire in the evening and even hosted mini golf and corn hole competitions. The inside of the house was perfect for the group. Three large rooms with king beds and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The three bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, including spices for cooking. We had a great time grilling out back and all watched a movie together on one of the many smart TVs. Gregg and Annie were some of the most responsive hosts we have ever had. They were always available and super helpful. We will be back and stay here again.  

Gregg and Annie were by far the best hosts we’ve had on Airbnb.
Their property is spectacular, and all the listed amenities were exactly as described. Everything was clean and well maintained. They were also incredibly responsive whenever we had a question or needed something, even as simple as a recommendation for places to go.
We will definitely be staying at their property again! 

 We had such a wonderful stay. It was our first time exploring the area, and this house was the perfect home base. We were just a 5 to 15 minute drive to everything in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach, from great restaurants and shops to the beach, which made it so easy to explore.
The house itself was fantastic and incredibly well equipped. It truly had everything we needed and made settling in effortless.
The backyard was a total highlight. We loved spending time in the pool and hot tub and made great use of the grill as well. It felt like our own private oasis.
The hosts were so communicative and accommodating throughout our stay. They made everything easy from start to finish and were always quick to respond.
We would absolutely book again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. 

We could not have been happier with Gregg and Annie’s place, Dos Palmas WPB! Our family was immediately impressed with their beautiful home the moment we walked through the front door. Not only was the house stunning, exceptionally clean, and beautifully furnished, but the backyard was absolutely amazing. We were in Palm Beach for our daughter’s wedding, and Gregg and Annie’s home provided the perfect reprieve from a very busy schedule. Once we were back at the house, we truly didn’t feel the need to leave—it was that relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Dos Palmas to anyone visiting West Palm Beach. Gregg and Annie were also wonderful hosts—extremely responsive and thoughtful, providing excellent support throughout our stay. 

 I can confidently say Annie was the best host I've encountered. Pro active communication, immediate response for any needs we had, and the house was beyond stocked with everything you could possibly need.
Location was easy to get everywhere. Property was beautiful and so ideal for kids (we had 3 who enjoyed the pool, turf, and mini golf all week).

 Gregg and Annie were excellent hosts! The house was very clean and charming and the outdoor hangout space was fantastic. The house came equipped with absolutely everything - one of the best stocked rental homes we've ever seen! Gregg and Annie were quick to respond to questions and super friendly - we highly recommend this property! 

  We have stayed in many Airbnbs around the world.  Many met our expectations and accurate to the listing and a few did not.  Annie and Gregg's home definitely exceeded our expectations.  It was such a comfortable and beautifully furnished home with an amazing backyard retreat - which made us pause and wonder should we go to the beach or just stay home:). The kitchen was so well equipped and most impressive was the organization of ever item from the napkins to the spices.
No doubt this will be our go to whenever in that area again!

We booked a little last minute when our other AirBNB fell through, but this was even better than our original plan! Gregg and Annie were so responsive and accommodating.
The house is absolutely gorgeous, just like the pictures, and the backyard is a real standout. Our group enjoyed ample time by the pool and in the hot tub. One of the best things was how easy and low-lift checkout was. No excessive cleaning or doing laundry like some other stays require.
Will definitely recommend Gregg and Annie’s place to any and all who need a place to stay in WPB. ☀️🤍 

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. Everything was spotless, recently renovated, and thoughtfully designed with a serene, modern aesthetic. The beds were incredibly comfortable with great bedding, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.
The outdoor space is even better than the photos—peaceful and private with a spa-like pool and hot tub, a great grill, and even a putting green for fun. We also appreciated the multiple TVs with Roku and the overall comfort of the home.
The location is fantastic—close to everything in the Palm Beaches—yet tucked in a safe, quiet neighborhood.
We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
